Honey Roasted Za'atar Cashews

This is one of our all time favorites. This is that perfect sweet-yet-savory crunchy snack that you crave everyday around 2pm and is oh so easy to make.

Ingredients: 1 lb. raw, unsalted cashews, 2 tbsp. Extra-virgin olive oil, 3 tbsp. Honey, Z&Z Za’atar

    • Recipe:

      1. Preheat oven to 350 F

      2. Mix olive oil, honey, and 2 tsp. Of za’atar

      3. In a large bowl, pour honey mixture over nuts and toss to coat.

      4. Spread cashews evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle more za’atar.

      5. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Remove from the oven to toast cashews, and return to the oven for another 6-8 minutes, or until golden.
