WTRMLN Salad W/Za'atar, Feta, & Mint
There’s no wrong way to eat watermelon. The juicy watermelon plays so nice with the salty feta, fresh mint, and savory za’atar. You can even cube these ingredients for a nice plate or make them into fun summer skewers.
Ingredients: 3 cups balled seedless watermelon, 1 cup crumbled feta, ½ cup coarsely chopped mint, Z&Z za’atar
Recipe:
Cut a large watermelon in half lengthwise.
Using a melon baller, ball half of the watermelon and set aside. Reserve the remaining watermelon.
Using the hollowed out watermelon as a bowl, start carefully layering watermelon balls with crumbled feta cheese, mint, and sprinkles of za’atar.
Repeat until you fill up the entire watermelon half.
