Aleppo Pepper Lemon Butter Shrimp
Ingredients
2 lbs shrimp (peeled and deveined)
3 teaspoons Aleppo Pepper + 1 extra for garnishing
1 teaspoon Sea Salt (modify to taste)
1 stick unsalted butter
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 bunches chopped fresh Cilantro
1 Lemon
Instructions
Season Shrimp with Sea Salt & Aleppo Pepper
Add 1/2 stick butter to a pan on medium high heat
Cook Shrimp 2 minutes on one side. Flip and cook 2 minutes on the other side
Repeat process until all of the Shrimp is cooked and in a bowl
In a pan on medium high heat cook remaining butter with minced garlic and 1 bunch chopped cilantro and juice of 1/2 lemon
Pour this over the bowl of shrimp and mix well
Sprinkle with additional Aleppo Pepper and Garnish with cilantro and lemon wedges
