Za'atar Avocado Toast
This is the toast that made millennials go broke. Make your next brunch a little more exciting by adding za’atar as the perfect sidekick to avocado.
Ingredients: ½ small avocado, ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 slice whole grain bread, toasted, ½ teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of Z&Z Za’atar, ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt, ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Recipe:
In a bowl, combine avocado, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Gently mash with the back of a fork.
Top toasted bread with the avocado mix. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with za’atar.
