Za'atar Skillet Eggs

Give your eggs some new flavor. Break open that cast iron skillet you got yourself a few months ago, crack open some good eggs, and discover just how good they taste with za’atar.

Ingredients: Eggs, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, Z&Z Za’atar

    1. Recipe:

      1. Heat a cast iron skillet on medium heat and coat lightly with olive oil (or melt butter)

      2. When the pan is hot, crack in as many eggs as you would like

      3. Cover with a lid and cook 3 minus, or until the white is set. Remove from the pan and season with za’atar. Optional: Add Crushed Red Pepper or Feta Cheese

      4. Sahtain :)
