We went searching for the best za'atar and found it in the wild thyme growing in the mountains of Jenin, Palestine. We work with a cooperative of Palestinian farmers to source the best za’atar -- savory, tangy, and aromatic -- straight from the Middle East to you!

More than just a spice mix - za’atar transcends food as a cultural icon. One of the most common ways to eat za’atar is what we like to call the ‘Dip N’ Dunk.’ You just grab a warm piece of your favorite bread, dip it into a bowl of rich olive oil, then dunk it into a bowl of our amazing za’atar and enjoy.
